A fresh tree for Christmas 2008

We had our first outing to get a live tree...a little late in the lives of our children.  But "better late than never" has become  a common phrase of late.  We had such a great time, we felt bad that we have deprived them of the fun all these years.  Everyone picked out a tree (after MUCH deliberation) and then Brian chose the final. Josh's tree got picked and we love it! It looks and smells great.  Why have we not done  this before...?

What a fantastic weekend:  great weather, great friends, great conditions, great times, no pneumonia!!!

PUPPY LOVE!

CLARK HAS A NEW PUPPY!   HE IS A SILVER LAB AND ADORABLE.  CLARK AND MAGGIE BROUGHT HIM OVER LAST NIGHT TO MEET EVERYBODY.  EVERYONE WAS SOOOO EXCITED (EXCEPT APOLLO). HE WAS A SNOB!--WOULDN'T GIVE GRIFFIN THE TIME OF DAY.  NOT A VERY GOOD HOST, IM AFRAID.  

WE CAN'T WAIT TO SEE GRIFFIN  AGAIN. SOMETHING TELLS ME HE IS GOING TO BE BIG!
