The Scrub Oak has turned, must be September 28
27 years ago, our lives changed for the better. We were in Provo and became parents! (who knew!?) that our lives would change again in 27 years and we would be back here in good ol' Provo. Not us. It is almost surreal to be looking out at that mountain again--right out our front door and think of the wonderful life we have. I am grateful. That is the overwhelming emotion today. Happy Birthday Clark. Was there ever a more beautiful baby? I don't think so, not to us anyway. :)

JOSH AND JASON DAYS
"JOSH AND JASON DAYS" USE TO HAPPEN EVERY FRIDAY. CATHRYN AND I WOULD TRADE OFF PLAY DAYS AT EACH OTHER'S HOUSE. IN ADDITION TO WILD ANTICS LIKE GETTING INTO THE COOKIE DOUGH BATCH AND SLIDING DOWN THE SLIDE WITH BUTTER SMEARED ON THEIR BARE TUMMIES, JOSH AND JASON NEVER MISSED A WEEK! THIS CONTINUED RIGHT UP THROUGH THEIR TEENAGE YEARS WHEN JOSH AND JASON DAYS BECAME FRIDAY NIGHT DOUBLE DATES. NOW, JOSH AND JASON DAYS ARE BYU DAYS. SHARING A DORM NOW, JOSH AND JASON CONTINUE THEIR ANTICS. (BUT LOOK HOW TIDY THE DORM IS--OF COURSE, THESE WERE TAKEN THE FIRST AFTERNOON THEY MOVED IN)
